Those who are already familiar with neuroception or interoception might understand what you’re referring to, but even then, it took me a moment to piece it together. Thoughts on how to make the phrasing more accessible?
In a lot of ways this is the core memetic that needs to make it's way into culture now, so probably we need lots and lots of ways to say it such that different minds will hear... :)
